Ba71 serves only individuals aged 18 and above. ba71 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time — including during account registration or prior to processing a withdrawal.

You may be required to submit one of the following documents for KYC verification:

• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Certificate (where applicable)

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. ba71 will immediately close any account found to belong to a minor, and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on ba71 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT.
